SEBI and DRI Has Being Researched Different Adani bunch organizations, Finance Ministry tells Parliament

“In a matter relating to issuances of Global Depository Receipt (GDR) by certain Indian recorded organizations, SEBI vide Order dated June 16, 2016 had guided storehouses to freeze specific recipient records of certain FPIs including Albula Investment Fund Ltd., Cresta Fund Ltd., and APMS Investment Fund Ltd,” the Minister told Parliament.

In any case, no structure in regard of other recipient records of these three FPIs has been passed by SEBI, he added.
